MOD, which is stored on a random-access media,is a video format used by JVC , Panasonic and Canon digital camcorders.JVC is the first camcorders which used MOD format.Then Panasonic used this video formats in camcorders.MOD High definition video is stored in MPEG-2 transport stream container files.It can be recorded in 4:3 and 16:9 formats, can oly be viewed on a computer with a player that is capable of reproducing MPEG-2 video.
